What one should do when provoked

I have been in this situation before. I admit I gave in to my emotion and lashed out my anger.

        At first it felt good releasing your anger and telling everybody how you feel. I forgot that there are judgmental people around who doesn't know the root cause why I snapped out of anger. 

        Always remember that there are people who are good at playing victim in public , and because I did not control my emotion in the end I became the bad one . Controlling our emotions is really hard specially if we reach that stage that we have enough . 

        It is good that one can identify emotions but we should also learn to control them so that we wont get judged. Other people will tag us as the bad one specially if they only notice how we retaliate. Self control is also a form of self care . Learn to control emotions and Im sure the truth will always prevail and stand out.
